This is a specialized machine that employs advanced seaming technology to securely join two C-sections through a cold-forming process, creating complete closed rectangular tube beams.

The entire process requires no welding, no screws, achieving a permanent connection through mechanical seaming. The resulting beams offer exceptional structural integrity and consistency.

How It Works?

A racking interlock beam is almost never used alone. It's part of a system:

1. Vertical Frames/Columns: Provide vertical load capacity.

2. Diagonal Braces: Provide the primary resistance to racking by creating triangles. They are the "muscle" that resists the force.

3. Racking Interlock Beam: Acts as the "spine" or "nervous system." It ties all the braced frames together, ensuring they work in unison and distributing the load to all the braces efficiently.
